Mel is the Marong Under 10's Football Team Manager who can be found at every game, meeting and social event. Mel is responsible for the administration and management of the team as well as the welfare of all team members at training and competition.

Michael also holds a very responsible position of supplying the weekly rewards given out after each match. He is always rewarded himself by the recipients smiles and pride.

They both value the role sport plays in children's growth and development. It allows the team members to challenge themselves, learn to play as a team, improve their fitness and coordination, learn how to train and plan plus share in the ups and downs of playing completion sports.
